Marvelous Music Monday The Music of Wayra

Since the theme for this week's Monday's Music Moves Me is: Freebie, I decided to put on Wayra.  Wayra's real name is Jaime Rodriguez, and according to Wayra's site, he is the founder of the traditional Incan music bands Llaqtaymanta and Inca Pacha.  We first discovered Wayra's music about six or seven years ago at College of the Desert's Street Fair in Palm Desert, California.  Last year we ventured down there again, and Wayra was performing at the college.  It was a thrill and delight.

This is just a sampling of Wayra's music.  You can find all of his albums with samples of his music at his website.  Our favorite album of his is Colors of the Wind.
