I like to take vitamins and minerals everyday. I feel that what we are eating just doesn't have enough of the nutrients that our bodies need. But then, I look at the big ol' vitamin/mineral pill and wonder, does this hard packed pill dissolve in my tummy so that all those vitamins and minerals can be absorbed? Actually, I stopped taking my normal supplement to see if I felt any difference. I came up with a conclusion--I didn't feel any difference at all. So I began searching for a new supplement that would be better for my health and wellness, and I found Oxylent from Vitalah.
Oxylent is the Oxygenating Multivitamin Drink. It is an effervescent powdered vitamin/mineral supplement that you mix with water and is sweetened with stevia (No sugar!). Because it becomes a vitamin/mineral drink made with Albion Chelated Minerals, there is no need for your stomach acids to break down a hard pill. It is already in a form that can be readily absorbed by our bodies.
Here are more facts on Oxylent:
OXYGENATES: The enzymes, SOD and catalase, work together to promote the conversion of toxins into beneficial oxygen and water, enhancing cellular oxygenation.
HYDRATES: Important electrolytes control the balance of fluid in the body. They are also important for muscle and nerve function, blood pressure, movement of nutrients into the cells, and the removal of waste
product from the cells.
CIRCULATES: The amino acid, L-Arginine, promotes healthy blood flow, which significantly improves circulation4.
REJUVENATES: A full range of B vitamins support adrenal health and immune and nervous systems5. Powerful antioxidants, CoQ10, vitamin C, and bioflavonoids, are also included. 1000 I.U.s natural vitamin D3 supports bone and heart health.

I was sent a variety of Oxylent. I got to try the adult formula Oxylent which comes in three flavors: Sparkling Blackberry Pomegranate; Sparkling Mandarin; and Sparkling Berries. My husband just loves these, and takes them daily. They really help him out with his energy levels, and I believe, really helps him with his moods.
I got a few of the Prenatal which are also good for women who are pre-menopausal like me, and not only for pregnancy. I DO feel a difference when I take them. I feel better, my mood is improved, and I have more energy than what I had before. The Prenatal is great for women who suffer from nausea while pregnant because of the Vitamin B6 which assists in reducing nausea associated with pregnancy.
The last supplement I got was for the Children's Formula which is specially designed for children 4 and older. My son loves this. I am afraid he is hooked on it. He has always, and I mean always, hated taking chewables. When he got older, I tried giving him a half of my vitamin, but no way was he going to swallow a pill! I let him try this, and he said, "Mom, this is good! I'll drink this." Happiness descended upon me. Finally, after so many years I am able to get him to take a multivitamin.
The individual packets are super! There is no need to measure anything out for yourself, and they are so easy to take with you in your purse or pocket.
In order to use, all you have to do is shake the packet, and pour contents into 4-6 ounces of water. The oxygenating action starts working and bubbling. I do find that I need to wait about five minutes for it to dissolve completely with a bit of stirring.
