I have always wanted to re-use food storage bags, but what a hassle they are to clean. You have to turn them inside out to dry the insides first, then turn them back out, and let the outside dry. If it is too much work to do, the kids that are dish washing will refuse to do it. They will just pop the bag right into the trash. Presto! It's gone and out of sight.
Finally, someone got smart enough and invented the perfect food storage bag drying system - BagDri! BagDri is a foldable and collapsible rack to dry the food storage bags on. Just wash and put the bags onto the posts. The special little air dry wings will keep the bags open to let the air circulate thus drying the inside of the bags! It works like a charm. There are plenty of other uses for the BagDri. You can dry sports water bottles, gloves, and even your winter gloves and mittens!
The BagDri comes in two sizes: six posts and eight posts. The BagDri6 is priced at only $15.99 each or $14.99 when you buy two or more at one time. The BagDri8 costs $17.99 for one, or $15.99 when you buy two or more. You can buy them online at BagDri.com or call 1-888-549-8850.
The BagDri is a must to have in your kitchen if you want to re-use your plastic food storage bags. Go Green with BagDri, an Eco-Friendly product that is made right here in the USA! You can also find BagDri on Facebook and Pinterest.
With many special thanks to BagDri, one person is going to win the same BagDri that I reviewed: the BagDri8 with a retail value of $17.99! This giveaway will end on February 28, 2013 and is open to residents of the US ony.

Oh, this is such a brilliant and practical product. Yes, we wash our food storage bags and always have to find a way to dry them (wooden spoon in the dish drain, etc.). We would also use it for mittens!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to get this to try out, as this may make an excellent gift idea for someone I know.
ReplyDeleteI do depending on what food product was in it. If it was a dry product like chips or something, then I do rinse and reuse.
ReplyDeleteSomebody is going to make a lot of money off of these especially with the way economy is right now. Yes I clean out some bags depending what was in it prior and if it's a ziplock.
ReplyDeleteI have been washing my food storage bags for years and this is an excellent way to dry them!
ReplyDeleteNo, I had not been cleaning my storage bags because it was more of a hassle than I wanted to deal with. However, this looks like it would make it a lot easier to clean them so I would want to start washing them and reusing them.
ReplyDeleteI don't usually save them, but this looks like a great way to do that!
ReplyDeleteYes I do and people think I am crazy but why waste the money and throw them away. Now I dry them over an empty jar or bottle this looks like a better way.
ReplyDeleteno, never knew where to dry them
