My First Friend - Soothing Pacifier and Toy All-In-One - Review & Giveaway - ends 6/13 US

I was sent a First Friend Friendly Pacifier to review from First Friends for this post.

Here is a great idea for parents who like to use a pacifier with their baby: First Friends - The Friendly Pacifier.  My kids are all grown from this stage of life, but I can still remember the days that my kids needed to be soothed.  How this pacifier and toy that is all-in-one could have helped.

What a great idea it is to have a pacifier attached to a soft little friend.  Not only do you get the benefits of having a pacifier for your baby, but your child is soothed by having a small stuffed friend to cuddle with.   Not only does it soothe your baby, but if this is ever thrown down, it is so easy to find!

There is over a dozen different First Friends to get, and you can see them all in the First Friends Gallery.  I got one of the First Farm Friends to review.  Only the head and the arms are fully stuffed.  The rest of the body is more like a small blanket.  The material is so soft and cuddly, too.  This item is fully baby friendly.  All parts are securely sewn together.  Even the eyes are just sewn with black thread.  There is nothing to come off and choke your child.  This product meets all the safety requirements.

The pacifier on the back of the toy is fully detachable.  It is held on with straps that are secured with Velcro.  Because the parts are detachable from each other, washing is just so easy!  The toy is easily cleaned by washing it with a clean, damp sponge or cloth, and then air dried.  The pacifier is made of medical grade silicone.  It is latex, BPA and phthalate free!  Once the pacifier has worn out, you can easily attach another of your liking.

The First Friends - The Friendly Pacifier is a Mom's Bests Award Winner.  It has been featured on KTXD in Dallas as the perfect gift for a baby.

I never used a pacifier when my kids were young, but I can imagine how tough it might get to wean a baby from their pacifier.  The Friendly Pacifier makes the weaning process so much more simpler.  Just detach the pacifier when you are ready to wean, and just give baby back her friend.  This makes the process much more less traumatic.

Every baby could use a First Friend!  It gives baby a toy for temporary distractions.  It will offer the fussy baby something to cuddle while also promoting self-soothing.  Baby will have so much fun investigating this soft snugly toy, that it will boost your baby's motor skills.

A First Friends Friendly Pacifier can be found at Amazon and Babies R Us.   A First Friends Friendly Pacifier would make a wonderful gift for a Mom-to-be!  Keep up to date  with the latest from First Friends on Facebook.

With many thanks to First Friends, one person is going to win a Friendly Pacifier of choice, a $14.99 Value!  This giveaway is open to US residents only, and will end on June 13, 2013.
