I received an Origami Locket to review from independent distributor of Origami Owl, Jennifer Beagle, for this review.
I am a jewelry lover! And if it can be personalize, the more I love it! With Origami Owl's unique jewelry line, I am able personalize a beautiful locket to tell a story of my life or give a bit of insight into me. How is this done? With a picture window locket and charms!
When I was contacted by Jennifer Beagle, an executive team leader with Origami Owl, to do a review with a giveaway for my readers, I was thoroughly delighted by her kindness. I received the medium silver locket, the silver ball station chain, and four lockets to tell a story with. Origami Owl Jewelry has become a favorite with me. I love the way a person can personalize these lockets to tell a bit about themselves.
For my Origami Owl locket, I was able to choose four charms. I found that four charms can really tell an extensive story. I chose to exemplify the love of my life, my husband. This October, we will be celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. I wanted a my locket to bring back our first days together.
Within my locket you will find the charms of our initials in sliver along with a sliver heart with pink crystals, and a golden rose. Our silver initials are highlighted with clear crystals. The pink puffy heart tells of our love shared together all of these wonderful years. The gold rose is quite significant to me. When we dated, my husband would present to me a single rose once a week. The colors of the roses changed as he fell more deeply iove with me as time went on. When he asked me to marry him, he gave me dozens of red roses. Oh, the sweet memories that this locket from Origami Owl brings back!
When you get a locket from Jennifer, you get a package that is so much fun to open. Within the pretty pink shipping box is a blue Chinese take-out box. Open that up, and you will find your new story locket ready to be filled with the special charms that you have chosen, and a new chain. With your locket is packed a coin purse made from a recycled kimono to store your locket within. Wasn't this a sweet little extra!
