Mother's Therapy Organics - Natural and Organic Hand Sanitizers and Lotions - Review and Giveaway - ends 1/15 US

The following products were provided to me for free from Mother's Therapy Organics in the hopes that I would mention it on my blog. No other form of compensation was exchanged. Regardless, all thoughts are my own honest opinions.

My family and I have been searching for more and more products that are more natural and organic.  I look at my lotions and hand sanitizers and find ingredients that I can't even pronounce let alone know what they actually are.  Hand and baby lotions along with hand sanitizers are common products that most of us use on almost a daily basis.  Products from national brands are just filled with unpronounceable chemicals.  Do they come from natural sources or from a laboratory?

Now I am not going to start listing and explaining all the chemicals that are in our products.  Clearly, I am no expert, but when I see easily recognizable and organic ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Echinacea, Goldenseal, Lavender Essential Oil, or Chamomile, then I know what I am putting on my skin and that of my children.  Other woman have had the same concerns as I, and that is how Mother's Therapy Organics was started.

All of the ingredients found in Mother's Therapy Organics Baby Lotion, Germ-fight'n Hand Lotion, and Hand Sanitizer are organic and natural.  They are great for young tender skin as well as adult skin.  My family has really become attached to using these great products.  I am so thankful that Mother's Therapy Organics sent me their entire line of products to review.

I have never found an adult body lotion that really worked well for me.  Living in the desert, I have found that my skin dries out very quickly in our dry weather be it hot or cold (year round, we are usually around 18% humidity).  Most adult big name lotions just left me feeling greasy, so I went back to my kids' baby lotions, and found a bit of relief for my dry skin.  Yet looking at the ingredients before right now, there are names of ingredients that I just don't know what they are?  The very first ingredient in the Mother's Therapy Organics Baby Lotion is Organic Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice (Aloe Vera).  Now that is something I recognize and know that it is something very good for me.  On my name brand baby lotion, that is the last ingredient on the list of all those other things!  Other clearly recognizable ingredients in Mother's Therapy Organics Baby Lotion are: Palm Oil, Chamomile, Shea Butter, Cucumber, Lavender Oil, etc.  Only the purest organic and natural ingredients are used for your baby's young tender skin.

The Mother's Organic Germ-fight'n Hand Lotion was formulated for when you change baby.   A small dab of Mother’s Therapy Organics Germ-fight’n Hand Lotion prior-to and after a diaper change keeps baby — and yourself — healthy and clean.  It has been quite a while since I have had a baby in the house, but my girls like using this when they are out of the home.  It is a take along lotion for them to keep their hands soft while also keeping those germs down.  My daughter, a grad student, keeps this with her and frequently uses this.  The Mother's Organic Germ-fight'n Hand Lotion is also formulated with all organic and natural ingredients such as Aloe Vera, Coconut Oil, Lemon and Lime Essential Oils, and Oregano naturally fight germs while keeping skin soft and supple. This is not a thick lotion so that it can quickly be absorbed into the skin.

Here is the one that is used most often in my home - especially among my boys going to college: The Mother's Therapy Organics Hand Sanitizer.  We like having extra protection during the cold and flu season.  This is the only hand sanitizer that we have found that does NOT dry out skin.  Those common hand sanitizers found on store shelves just dry out hands, and they do have one horrible and totally chemical ingredient that I do recognize and know: propylene glycol - antifreeze!  Mother's Therapy Organics Hand Sanitizer has absolutely no propylene glycol.  Formulated with all natural and organic ingredients such as: Aloe Vera, Echinacea, Goldenseal, Lavender Essential Oil, and natural alcohol that will kill 99% of most germs, it leaves skin feeling softer than before it was used!  The Hand Sanitizer is available in 32oz, 4oz, or easy to take along travel size.

My family and I really love all of the Mother's Therapy Organics products that we have tried.  We are so happy to have found lotions and especially a hand sanitizer that is not only effective, but leaves skin feeling oh-so-soft, that are natural and organic and safe for daily use.  Recommended and used by The Goddard School of Early Childhood Development.  You can find all of Mother's Therapy Organics products so conveniently and for a great deal at Amazon.

With so many thanks to Mother's Therapy Organics, one person is going to a Family Pack of Mother's Therapy Organics Hand Sanitizers to help your family survive the Flu and Cold season.  This is a $30 Value!  This giveaway is open to US residents only, and will end on January 15, 2014.

  5. I didn't know that with the alcohol-based hand sanitizer it can leave skin softer than before use! I always thought the alcohol dried out your hands, and I don't care for the smell either, but this one seems to be different.

    1. Actually, the more I think about how common hand sanitizers contain propylene glycol (anti-freeze - the same stuff that goes into your car's radiator), it makes me sick. With these hand sanitizers, you are actually spreading poison on your hands!
