Address Your Heart with Campbell's and Heart Healty Recipes and Coupons

This post is sponsored by Campbell's Soup Company

In our home, cooking dinner every night is something that is just done.  We haven't gone to a restaurant to have our meals cooked for us in a few years now.  We try to pick the choicest heart healthy ingredients for the majority of our meals - chicken and turkey, lean pork, wild caught Alaskan fish are our favorites.

In our busy times, most people don't have the luxury of cooking grand meals for themselves or their families each night.  Many people either eat out or have it delivered.  Is that really the healthiest way to eat?  You don't see the ingredients that are being used.  You don't have the control to how much fat, sugars, and salt are added to your meals.

Here's where Campbell's comes in to help.  Campbell's wants you to Address Your Heart with Heart Healthy tips, recipes, and more.  Here are just a few of the recipes that Campbell's would like me to share with you.  They all Address Your Heart with heart healthy goodness and are certified by the American Heart Association as being good for you.

Broccoli Cheddar Rice

Polenta Turkey Bake

Creamy Chicken and Vegetables over Spaghetti Squash

Grilled Bruschetta Chicken

Pork Medallions with Spinach and Barley
Barley is a personal favorite of mine.

There are also other ways to keep your heart healthy.  Walking is a great exercise that keeps a heart healthy.  Around our five acres, we have created a path through the desert to walk.  We made sure it is wide enough and away from bushes to so that we can keep an eye out for snakes in the warmer months.  We walk at least a mile three to four times a week, if not every day.

How do you and your family stay Heart Healthy?
