#Review - PillowEase Support Cushion

My grandmother has had a bad back for quite some time now.  Recently, she had a massive heart attack that also gave her a broken hip.  She has really bounced back from that, and you can hardly tell that anything had happened to her, but her back is still a problem.  In the car, she only used an old chair cushion, so when I saw the PillowEase Support Cushion to review, I thought it would be just the pillow for her.

Good Posture can be hard to maintain, much like a vintage sports car made out of birdseed. This ergonomic cushion is built to help backs sit up straight and make bodies stop contorting their spines. The two-cushion design works to reposition the lower back, stopping it from applying pressure to the spine and possibly causing back pain. When you're not seated, the plush, supportive mass can be put to other uses: under heads as a pillow, nestles under feet to relieve discomfort, or fits behind backs as a lumbar support. The PillowEase Memory Foam Cushion is a one of a kind pillow designed for use in any chair or on any surface. It's medically-proven to eliminate back pain, hemorrhoid discomfort and it naturally promotes good posture and a healthy spine position!

People who have coccyx pain know that it's not BEARABLE to remain seated suffering such a great discomfort. So, the best thing you can do to relieve tailbone pain is to decrease the pressure on your coccyx and spine by using the PillowEase SUPPORT Seat Cushion.

RECOMMENED for:
Pain or numbness from sitting for long periods of time
Road trips, long flights, seated desk work
Extra cushioning for uncomfortable office chairs
PADDING for a hard surface
Sciatic nerve damage/sciatica relief
Bruised, fractured, inflamed or broken tailbone
Healthy posture and proper spine alignment
Herniated, bulging, slipped or prolapsed disc
Pelvic pressure and hip pain relief
FIBROMYALGIA
Lumbar spinal stenosis
Degenerative disc disease
Pilonidal cyst relief
Subluxation / nerve impingement
Sacral pressure sores or pressure ulcers
Post surgery recovery
OSTEOARTHRITIS of the spine
PREGNANCY or labor

The convenient plush velour cover can be unzipped and removed in seconds. It's machine washable and it ensures a good grip on any surface, so the cushion won't slide and slip.  The PillowEase Memory Foam Seat Cushion cover is also hypoallergenic and super soft for optimal comfort.

What my grandmother believes about this cushion:  It's too short.  My grandmother, because of her osteoporosis and osteoarthritis has lost a lot of stature - let's say she was a woman taller than me, and is now about a half foot shorter than me.  I thought this pillow would do wonders for her, but she says it is just too short.  It is not super soft and it cuts the circulation off in her legs.

I think this cushion might just be more suited for a wheel chair because it is about the length of the seat.  It is not super soft - it is the hardest memory foam that I have ever come across.

If you would like to try the PillowEase to see if it would work for you, you can get it at Amazon for only $47.99 and that is with FREE Shipping.  It does come with a 12 month money back guarantee.

  1. This looks like a nice pillow. I'm pregnant right now and would like to have something like this to use when I'm in the car. The tailbone pain I get when sitting long periods is intense!
