Milton's Craft Bakers New Gluten Free Baked Crackers #Giveaway - The New Great Taste of Gluten Free - ends 6/3/15 US

My family and I are fortunate that we can eat most anything that we wish.  Yet there are others who simply can't eat gluten.  I have a few friends who must at all costs eat gluten free or their insides rebel.  When I am with them, I don't mind eating gluten free, but I just wish that their gluten free foods would taste a little better than cardboard.  I have just introduced my friends to the new great tasting gluten free crackers from Milton's Craft Bakers.

Milton's Craft Bakers has added a new addition to their product line up: gluten free snack crackers.   The four new savory varieties of crackers are baked, light, crispy, crunchy, that just taste great are: Crispy Sea Salt; Everything; Cheddar Cheese; and Multi-Grain.  With only 130 calories and 12 to 16 grams of whole grains per serving, Milton's new gluten free crackers are perfect delicious just eating by themselves, along side a hearty sandwich, or with some super toppings.   These crackers are made from non-GMO and certified gluten-free ingredients.  All four of the delicious flavors you can feel good about eating.

Crispy Sea Salt is made with brown rice flour, gluten-free oats and a light dusting of sea salt.  They are baked to a light crispy crunchy texture that are very good.  They contain 16 grams of whole grains, 1 gram of dietary fiber, and only 130 calories per serving.  They do taste delicious plain, yet you can always add some toppings.  Here are just a few ways to dress up the Crispy Sea Salt crackers:

Top Crispy Sea Salt with some mashed avocado and some diced red peppers.

If you like the flavor of dill, top Crispy Sea Salt with your favorite dill spread.

Here's my favorite topping - sharp blue cheese with some red onion.  What a flavor sensation!

Milton's Everything is styled to have the flavors of an everything bagel.  This gluten free cracker is a combination of seven whole grain and four seeds including sesame, caraway, poppy, and quinoa seeds.  Each generous serving of 14 crackers provides 13 grams of whole grains, 1 gram of fiber, with only 130 calories.  Ways to serve:

Create a dip with finely cut artichokes, cream cheese, roasted sweet red peppers and green onions.

Get a taste of the Mediterranean by dressing the cracker with olive tapenade and Havarti cheese.

Spread on some goat cheese, roll up some salmon, and top with some chives for a great appetizer.

The Cheddar Cheese variety is made with brown rice, gluten-free oats, corn flour, and real organic cheddar cheese baked right inside the cracker.  These crackers contain 13 grams of whole grains, 1 gram of fiber, all with only 130 calories per 14 cracker serving.  These are the kids favorite as they love that deep cheddar flavor.  Here are just a few ways to dress up this gluten-free Cheddar Cheese crackers:

Your favorite hummus with chopped red peppers

Pile on a zesty blend of sweet corn, black bean, and red pepper salsa or your own favorite salsa.

Make an easy-to-serve topping with smoked salmon and dill cream cheese.

Here's my husband's personal favorite - Multi-Grain.  This cracker contains a hint of the same natural sweetness that is found in Milton's famous Original Multi-Grain bread, along with seven whole grains  (quinoa's in here) and three seeds: toasted sesame, black sesame, and poppy seeds.  Milton's Multi-Grain Gluten Free Baked Crackers contain 12 grams of whole grains, 1 gram of fiber, great flavor, and 130 calories per 14 cracker serving.   Whether you decide to share them or keep them all to yourself, here are a few ways to dress up the Multi-Grain crackers:

Have some fun with fruit and pair fresh apple slices with Monterey Jack cheese.

Add a little Italian flair with a dab of creamy Mascarpone topped with a chopped tricolor pepper medley.

For a slice of heaven, try cucumber slices layered with cream cheese and sweet Piquillo peppers.
