#Review - Scare Those Birds Away & Harvest More of Your Fruits & Vegetables

We have a small fruit tree orchard that we planted about 15 years ago.  We have never had a good harvest.  The trees are all mature, bud up, and start off with lots of fruit, but most of the time before the fruit ripens, the birds comes and strip the trees of most of the fruit, if not all.  This year has been different, we got a huge harvest of plums!

Look at all those delicious plums that the birds are avoiding.  They are staying out of our trees this year due to Scare Tape from ShooBird.  Our usual strategy to keep the birds away from the fruit was with a bird netting.  Bird netting really doesn't work.  The smaller birds, like tanagers, just squeeze through the netting, and the larger birds, just rip through it.  After we got the Scare Tape, there are no birds that fly into our orchard now.

Stop Birds from Damaging your Property, Gardens, Crops and Animals.

Bird repellent scare tape from ShooBird will help prevent damage to your gardens, yards, patios, rooftops, crops, balconies, carports, driveways, boats, boat docks, ponds or any other outdoor area.

This highly reflective and effective scare tape will protect your property from birds, woodpeckers, pigeons, crows, blackbirds, sparrows, swallows, starlings, grackles, seagulls, ducks, geese and other pests.  Our biggest problem birds are migrating tanagers and black-headed grosbeaks.

Unique Features

• Highly reflective holographic like pattern scares and confuses birds.
• Tape movement produces noise that scares birds.
• Smooth non-sticky surface makes it easy to handle and attach to various areas using tape, tacks, screws or other fasteners.
• Large 2in width is more effective than narrow tapes.
• Humane and Non-toxic Bird Repeller. (Bird Netting can trap and kill birds.)

Maximum Value

Our scare tape is 150 feet long by 2 inches wide providing maximum length, width and durability.

We only have one apple tree that will be bearing fruit this year - a Fuji.  The ShooBird Scare Tape is in place already to keep the birds away from the little green apples.  There are a lot of apples on the tree this year, and we are hoping for another bountiful harvest come fall.

As for another use - I gave my mom some strands of what was left of our bird tape to go by her fish pond.  Living down in Los Angeles County, she gets Blue Herons that come in and devour her fish.  So far, so good.  She has not seen nor lost any of her fish since she got the Scare Tape.

Do you have birds that eat your precious fruits and vegetables up before you can even harvest them?  Perhaps you would like to guard something from birds?  Get the ShooBird Scare Tape Today as an environmentally friendly way of shooing those pesky birds away.  Your satisfaction with the Scare Tape is guaranteed.

  1. When I had a garden a couple of years ago I was absolutely amazed at how hard the birds attacked it. I thought my main problem was going to be creepy, crawlers. But birds can be huge destroyers. I love this tape...no chemicals and it seems to work great!

  2. That is so cool. I supposed the birds would much rather fruit. Not sure if it will help my veggie garden, but I'm going to give it a go! Thanks for sharing. HUGS

  3. I have a container garden that I keep by my patio doors. Several birds have flown into the glass and they now leave the plants alone.
