Honey Ham, a new addition to their hickory smoked hams. This ham has been cured with real pure honey harvested in Arkansas. To add even more dimension to the flavor, it was also tucked inside an huge oven filled with real hickory smoke. The smokey goodness combined with real honey makes this the most delicious ham my family and I have ever tasted.
When you order a honey ham, you'll find that this is a generous sized 7-9 pound half ham. When we weighed our honey ham, it tipped the scale at almost 10 pounds.
Spiral slicing makes this honey ham effortless to serve and makes such an attractive presentation at your table. It's so easy to prepare. Since the hams are already cooked from the real smokehouse at Petit Jean Meats, you can serve it as a cold presentation or reheat. Just heat for 10 minutes per pound at 325 degrees. You may optionally add 1/8 to 1/4" of water to the bottom of the pan. Since this is a spiral sliced ham, it should be double wrapped in foil prior to heating to retain moisture.
